No special degree fitness is required and age is no barrier, except in the areas over 10000 Mt. Everest, Annapurana and Langtang region are the focus for the most popular treks but due to its topographical variation with the altitude raging form 70 meters to 8850 meters one can enjoy the wide range of selection facility.
